Our client came to us with a challenge. Create a brand image for a luxury downtown rental apartment whose price point is nearly $1 more per sq ft. than the competition. We were asked to create a logo and collateral but we knew we needed to be more strategic to win over the resident of this luxury apartment.

Every touch point aligned with the brand experience each dweller is surrounded by, whether it was the logo that was inspired by the custom light feature in the two-story lobby to the art direction and photography that featured bespoke fashion. The Encore was 87% pre-leased prior to opening, a wildly successful project for the developer.
